What is Tylonproducts?

Tylonproducts is my start up crafting company dedicated towards unique products and goods. I will also offer tutorials and crafting ideas in the blog for visitors.

 What is Mid Hill Ironworks?

Mid Hill Ironworks is a family run and owned local company in the central MA region dedicated to quality steel products and goods. Tylonproducts recently joined the Mid Hill family and has great ideas and plans for future designs and showings. If you are local in the Central MA region check out the event calendars we have! We are always at showings and crafting events.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes you can! Please send us a message/ email at info@tylonproducts.com. Please note sometimes there is a waiting list- and while we want to make all of our customers happy- we would like to stress sometimes there is a wait (if materials are not in, etc). We will NOT work with any non-original work or fan-art due to legality issues and concerns.

Why will you not work with fanart or fan based works?

We take pride in our originality and our own designs- and we also would like to abide by and respect the law. We will not create any items or designs implicating any copy written characters or concepts. As for custom work- we respect the rights to the owners.

What are the warnings associated with your products?

While each product comes with a warning label, we would like to clarify some warnings associated with improper use of our products.

Some of our stuffed animals have plastic eyes which can be a choking hazard for children under 6. Our stuffed animals also often include plastic pellets which is not recommended for children under 6 as well.

The magnet buddies contain small magnets which could pose a hazard for individuals with pacemakers and for younger children under 6 as a choking hazard.

The jewelry made is not recommended for anybody under 12. Often the backings might contain sharp points and parts- and should be used with proper care.

What is the deal with your Axolotls?

Every axolotl-related item purchased supports a great cause. We are affiliated with an organization called Lotllove, dedicated towards helping the axolotl, and offer a donation in response to each axolotl item purchased to help show our support towards the organization and their cause.

Do you offer any services?

We do indeed! Aside from our products on this store- we also offer a variety of artistic services for small businesses and individuals looking for a professional flair.

We offer as far as services go: Graphic Design, Branding/ Logo Identity, Marketing Materials & Printed Collateral, Website Maintenance, Website Customization, Illustration and more!

What kind of materials do you use?

We use only the finest quality of materials in our products and goods. For our stuffed animals a variety of quality-fleeces are used, and for our jewelry we use quality chains and beads.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes- if you are a part of a non-profit organization or charity, we would be more than happy to work with you. We are happy to support organizations and charities for a cause at a discounted rate.

Are you really made in the USA?

We get this quite a lot- and we are proud to say our items are hand crafted right here in America. Our materials (plastic eyes, fabric, threads, pellets, stuffing, cardstock, etc) are all made right here- whether it be from an American business or a small local business/ vendor, we are proud supporters of our signature- made in the USA.

We are also proud to be affiliated with other local American companies such as Mid Hill Ironworks.

How do I clean my product?

Our stuffed animals have not been machine tested, however we recommend spot-cleaning the area with a damp cloth with a little bit of soap. Then let dry.

For jewelry- a toothbrush with a dab of toothpaste works fine- just be careful with items that include metal glue and gems, water and motion can cause these parts to pull apart.

If you enjoy our style and our work- we are always happy to work with new clients and individuals looking to expand their businesses no matter how big or small they might be.

We make sure when we do work for you that you are receiving 100% authentic and original materials. All legal aspects are looked into right down to the fonts we use and the licenses involved for commercial usages and replicated materials. You know when we do work there is nothing to worry about.

Can I submit ideas/ suggestions?

We would be happy to hear from you! We are always looking for new ideas and suggestions to try out and work with- whether it be a new type of plush animal, new color/ fabric choice or perhaps something you think we should look into that’s different from our usual.
